As soon as we met Hilary we knew she was the celebrant we wanted with us on our big day! Her knowledge and calming persona put us at ease. We didn’t know what to expect of a celebrant ceremony, we just knew we wanted something special, something unique and something very us. After our initial consultation we knew that Hilary would be able to deliver this!
Hilary took the time to get to know us and worked with us to create a bespoke ceremony which many of our guests commented was one of the nicest ceremonies they had been to. Her words were beautiful and delivered in such a professional yet warming style. We wrote our own vows, chose readings and decided to hold a Sand Ceremony. All of which Hilary cleverly weaved together and the result was a lovely mix of ceremony, ritual and us which flowed really well.
Our ceremony is one of my favourite memories of our day. I have been to so many textbook registrar weddings which have felt like they are part of a production line and where I couldn’t wait for the ceremony bit to be over. So it was really lovely when guests commented how moved they were at ours and how much they enjoyed the different elements, especially the sand ceremony.
I cannot recommend Hilary highly enough! I would recommend her to conduct any type of ceremony. You can tell that she really enjoys her work. She is very professional and takes care to ensure that everything is just right which is why she delivers to such a high standard.
